TM Lost/Harbor City - Orbital

Using the template I made, I have created a custom menu screen for Orbital. Out of all of the Twisted Metal 4 characters, Orbital was the only one that qualified to be in the Twisted Metal: Black universe. At least, in my opinion. His wish would be to get revenge on Dr. Rhoemer for what he did to his face.
