TM Lost/Harbor City - Warhawk

Here's one for Warhawk. He was the final boss in Twisted Metal: Black and was unplayable, most likely due to him being overpowered. He'd most likely not be in the sequel to TMB due to him getting blown up inside of his helicopter, falling to his death. I just made this for fun.
